- No Refunds: All retail product sales are final and non-refundable.
- Defective Products: If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly inspect the item and, if deemed defective, provide an exchange or replacement for the same product.
- Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered or gift certificates. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in the form of a credit.
