Refund Policy

At Purpose Aesthetix, we take great care in selecting high-quality products to support your aesthetic and wellness journey. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure client safety, we have implemented the following policy regarding retail product purchases and services:

• No Refunds: All retail product sales are final and non-refundable.
• Defective Products: If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly inspect the item and, if deemed defective, provide an exchange or replacement for the same product.
• Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered or gift certificates. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in the form of a credit.
