At Purpose Aesthetix, we value your time and are committed to providing personalized care during every visit. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to review the following policies:

Punctuality

Your punctuality helps us maintain the highest level of care for all our clients.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to maximize your time with your provider.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, we reserve the right to:
    • Reschedule your appointment if adequate time is not available
    • Charge the applicable cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy

Consultation

  • All consultations require a $100 initial fee.
  • This fee will be applied toward your treatment if you decide to proceed with a service.

Credit Card Requirement

  • A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments, including consultations. This helps us enforce our cancellation and no-show policies effectively.

Children and Pets

  • Children: For their safety and to minimize distractions during treatments, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 in our facility unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment to help us provide the best possible experience for you and others.
  • Pets: While we love animals, pets are not permitted in our facility to comply with health and safety regulations. The only exception is for trained service dogs as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Cancellation and No-Show

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
  • No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing the required 24-hour notice will be charged a $100 no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file or billed directly.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion.
  • Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment to secure future appointments.
